Both of these system provide robust 120V and 240V split-phase backup power but EP800 solely focus on off-grid usage thus provide a more convenient and cost-efficient solution for off-grid installation.
Q2: Can I get the EP800 charged with the home grid?
A: Yes, the EP800 can only be installed off-grid. However, it doesn’t mean you have to rely solely on solar. You can charge it from the grid, or solar panels, or combine them simultaneously.
Q3: What does the 10-year warranty cover?
A: BLUETTI guarantees that with proper use as outlined in the user manual, each battery pack will achieve a minimum aggregate energy throughput of 15.48MWh during the warranty period.
